The Prince’s Government provides a number of different home / building renovation grants, all of which can be combined.

In response to rising demand for grants, the MTE has put together a Practical Guide and a video listing all of the help on offer, which can be found on our website.

What financial help is available, and how can you access it? Who is entitled to help? Where should you start? What can the grants be used for? You’ll find the answers to all these questions in the Practical Guide.

 Remember that grants are available to help you:

-          insulate your roof

-          replace your single-glazed windows

-          replace a collective boiler with a heat pump

-          equip your home / office with thermostatic taps, fans, solar shading, etc.

-          install solar panels on your roof, terrace, or walls

There is also a simulator on our website, which you can use to calculate the total financial help you are entitled to for renovations.

By carrying out a complete renovation, you can combine a variety of measures to make your building more energy-efficient and more comfortable to live or work in. Instead of doing the work bit by bit, doing everything at once helps brings down the overall cost and also makes you eligible for additional State aid.

Under the “Exemplary Renovation Projects ” scheme, the Government could fund up to 50% of the work, including the design phase.
