BD2M : HOW IT WORKS
The initiative is specifically aimed at public and private developers in the Principality of Monaco who would like to carry out a cost-efficient sustainable construction or renovation project.
It begins at the earliest stages of a project to enable scheduling, and before an architectural design competition is launched.
It follows eight steps, which are detailed in the document that you can download below :
- Contact the BD2M team via the Mission for Energy Transition
Your Mission for Energy Transition contact: Géraldine FIEVET, gfievet@gouv.mc
- Select and include the coach in the project team
=> List of BD2M coaches :
- Complete the application for BD2M recognition
- Select the project’s level of ambition according to seven aspects
- Project progresses in design committee
- Project recognised with BD2M certification during design phase
- Sharing of experience during implementation phase
- Sharing of experience once building is in use
