Economic Recovery Plan and Energy Transition

plan relance économique

As part of the economic recovery plan presented by the Minister of State in early 2021, the Monaco Government is introducing financial support that is open to all Monegasque nationals and residents.

Do you want to save energy? Replace your windows? Buy an electric car? Renovate your apartment? Subject to certain conditions, the recovery plan covers:

  • The purchase of a clean energy vehicle
  • Renovations to an apartment
  • The replacement of single-glazed windows
  • The purchase of small appliances and fixtures intended to reduce energy consumption
  • The construction or upgrading of a bin storage area
  • Restoration of a notable building
  • Alterations to business premises
  • Support for Responsible Traders and Restaurants

For example, the Mission for Energy Transition invites you to take advantage of a subsidy of up to €3,000 to replace, purchase or insulate small appliances and fixtures.

The aim is to reduce energy consumptions in private homes and business premises.

You’ll be making savings that will benefit the planet... and your wallet!

To help, every week the Mission for Energy Transition is publishing detailed guidance on each appliance via its social media pages. The guidance will feature information, advice and the advantages of the appliance, as well as Did you know? and Take it further sections, to support you in your efforts on a daily basis.

Full details of all the measures included in the recovery plan are available on our practical information website, yourmonaco.mc , or the Monaco Energy Transition website: transition-energetique.gouv.mc !
