Subsidy for photovoltaic panels

Support may be available for the installation of photovoltaic-type electricity-producing devices carried out by a professional in Monaco. 

This grant is :

• Aimed at equipment with installed power above 3kWc 
• Guaranteed for 15 years

 The following may apply for this grant :

• Any private or public owner
• The authorised representative of jointly owned properties where there are a number of joint owners
• Entire co-ownership groups, which may comprise private or public owners, via the managing agent or representative, where there is no legally established managing agent

The support is granted, in principle, on the basis of an application.

It amounts to, in the first year :

• €0.36 before tax per kilowatt hour generated for flat roofs 
• €0.53 before tax per kilowatt hour generated in other cases

The amount of support available is revised on the first of November each year.
